Dr. Davenport will explain all the reasons that we sometimes feel hungry and ways to match those needs with nutritious foods that can help us feel our best.

According to the most recent report from the Centers for Disease Control, only 1 in 10 of us are eating enough fruits and vegetables. Smoothies are a quick way to get what our brains and bodies need. Dr. Davenport will show you creative ways to blend together healthy ingredients and make delicious smoothies. She will show you adaptations for food intolerances for the recipes being demonstrated along with ideas for using smoothies for breakfast, lunch, and snack options.
